SUMMER CAMP

MVP, in partnership with Mountain Volleyball Club, will be hosting 2 one-week summer camp sessions:

July 8 - July 12 and July 15 - July 19

*Camp days run 9:00am to 3:30pm

MVP Summer Camps will be hosted at St Mary Catholic Secondary School (200 Whitney Ave, Hamilton).

*Please be advised that fall, winter and summer programs have filled very quickly in the past. **Reserved spots without payment will be held until June 9/2024 unless other arrangements have been made.

We are anticipating another fantastic group of athletes supported by our excellent staff of experienced coaches.

MVP program, sponsored by Hamilton Pediatric Dental Care, are staffed by NCCP certified coaches, participants in the CAOO’s Coach2Coach program for Coaching Excellence, senior athletes from various university programs and members of the Mountain Volleyball Coaching Certification Program (MVCCP).

The MVCCP program is recognized province wide and has been the recipient of a Canadian Tire Jump Start Grant aimed at teaching passionate women athletes to become community and club coaches.

  • Access to high performance equipment

  • Introduction to athletic goal setting, cross training, mental preparation for performance and recovery and relaxation techniques.

All of our coaching staff are certified NCCP coaches or in the process of acquiring their coaching certification through the MVCCP Coaching Program or the National Coaching Certification Program. Coaches also include participants and mentors of the Coaching Association of Ontario’s prestigious “Changing the Game, Changing the Conversation” coaching development program.
