This year MVP is excited to once again offer a new aspect to the developmental side of volleyball for athletes ages 4-6.

The 7 session program, Running January 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23 and March 2 and takes place at St Mary CSS, Hamilton from 11:15 to 12:30. Cost of the program is $160.00 which includes a T-shirt.

The program will be headed by Coach Meagan. meagan is Kinesiology Graduate, former OUA Libero of the year and recipient of the OVA's Developmental Female Coach of the Year
Age appropriate and fun
MVP VolleyTotz follows the Long Term Athlete Development Model (LTAD) by using age appropriate exercises and drills to introduce motor skills such as agility, speed and balance. MVP believes that children should be given opportunities to explore all possible movements in a safe and challenging environment.

MVP VolleyTotz is passionate about building our athletes physical literacy in order to support the development of more sport-specific skills at older ages and stages of training . The foundation of the program is to enhance athletic development, but most importantly, ignite a passion to continue lifelong physical activity.

Assisting Coach Meagan is an excellent staff of experienced coaches. MVP Programs are staffed with NCCP certified coaches, participants in the Coaching Association of Ontario Coach2Coach program and members of the Mountain Volleyball Club Coaching Program (MVCCP). The MVCCP program is recognized province wide and has recently been the recipient of a Canadian Tire Jump Start Grant and support from Hamilton Pediatric Dental Care aimed at teaching passionate young women athletes to become community and club coaches.
